I love the look and the feel of it and the lid is awesome BUT the texture makes it hard to wash and dry. Definitely can't dry it with a paper towel~it just grabs the paper towel and puts little white things all over it. Also it appears if you have any lipstick on while drinking it that will not come off the rim of the cup.
